 Medford Community Housing completed another Financial Literacy Workshop in November!.The event was coordinated with several local community partners including the Malden  Housing Authority and  Santander Bank Charitable Foundation. The bank and Medford Community Housing provided a four evening workshop on the steps to understanding credit, credit reports, how to secure credit and home buying.

 in many ways since our's a few projects we've developed in the last 5 years.

Medford Community Housing, Inc. is a 501c(3) Not-for-profit Corporation founded in 1988. We are a Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDO) recognized as an entity that can receive government housing funds. 

  • Recently completed the Purchase and Rehab of a two-family rental property on Fellsway West
  • Purchase and Rehab of a
    ​two-bedroom rental unit on Main Street in South Medford
  • Developer for a two family rental property for Boston Avenue Housing Corporation
  • Purchase & rehab of a two-bedroom rental condominium unit on Riverside Avenue

Medford Community Housing is holding a community meeting to discuss our proposed 3 units of affordable rental housing on Fellsway West in Medford, Ma. We will be requesting zoning relief from Medford Board of Appeals.

All three units will provide affordable rental housing to families whose incomes are at, or below 60% area medium income. There will be special preference for qualified residents, or people who work in Medford based on DHCD guidelines.
