The Medford Community Housing Home Buyer Education Program is pleased to be offering a first time home buyer counseling workshop.

When: The workshop will begin on Tuesday February 28th,& will run for 3 evenings. Tuesday and Thursday nights; February 28th, March 1st, and March 6th The class is from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Cost: The class cost is $55.00 per household.

Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission

Home Modification Loan Program - Provides 0% to 3% loans up to $30,000 depending on household income to make modifications to their homes. Massachusetts residents finance such projects as home security features, air filtration systems, ramps, lifts, widened doorway, bathroom and kitchen modifications.
